You are responsible for all activity conducted on your PHCash44 account, whether by you or by any third party who accesses your account with or without your permission. You must keep the personal information in your PHCash44 account current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment details must be updated promptly. PHCash44 reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or where identity verification cannot be completed.
A PHCash44 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. PHCash44 may charge an administrative maintenance fee of ₱50 per month against the account balance once the inactivity threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. An account with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed.
PHCash44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). PHCash44 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
The minimum deposit on PHCash44 is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks in compliance with applicable regulations. Deposits are credited to your PHCash44 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Standard withdrawals from PHCash44 to GCash and Maya are processed within 5 minutes for most accounts in good standing. Withdrawals via bank transfer (InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank) may take up to one banking day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. PHCash44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000.
Withdrawals from PHCash44 are only processed to payment accounts or bank accounts registered in the same name as the PHCash44 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. You must have completed your bonus wagering requirements before the bonus portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
Note: PHCash44 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside PHCash44's control.

All bets on PHCash44 are final once confirmed through the betting slip and accepted by the system. You should verify all details — event, market, odds, and stake — before confirming. PHCash44 is not responsible for errors in selections made by the player. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled except in the circumstances described in Section 5.4.
The minimum stake on most PHCash44 markets is ₱20. Maximum stake limits vary by event, sport, and market type and are displayed on the individual bet slip before confirmation. PHCash44 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific events or for specific accounts without prior notice.
The odds displayed on PHCash44 at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. For live (in-play) bets, odds may move between the time you select a market and the time your bet is confirmed. PHCash44 will notify you if the odds have changed significantly before you confirm a live bet. Potential payouts are displayed in the PHCash44 bet slip before confirmation and are calculated as: Stake × Decimal Odds = Total Return.
PHCash44 may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without the required play being completed; a clear pricing error occurs in the odds displayed; the event result is found to have been subject to match-fixing or other corruption; or technical errors prevent the correct recording of a bet. Void bets have stakes returned to the player's PHCash44 wallet.
Bets placed on PHCash44 Virtual Sports are governed by the same general betting rules above, with the additional understanding that outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation and are final immediately upon the virtual event concluding. No appeals on virtual sports results based on the simulation animation are accepted by PHCash44.
PHCash44 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to these general bonus conditions. PHCash44 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
PHCash44's total liability to any individual player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their PHCash44 account in the 12 months preceding the incident in question.
PHCash44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; provision of false registration information; or upon request from a player invoking self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
If a PHCash44 account is suspended for a suspected Terms breach, the account balance will be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation. If the investigation finds no breach, the full balance will be returned to the player.
You may request the closure of your PHCash44 account at any time by contacting support@phcash44.net. Any remaining cash balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering) will be refunded to your registered payment account. Processing time for final balance refund is up to 3 banking days.
PHCash44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHCash44 will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or through an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the new Terms take effect.
Continued use of PHCash44 after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3.
